Harper: Unsheltered by Barbara Kingsolver

Upcoming Events at Francie & Finch Bookshop

Today is a busy day!  We have authors Louis Sachar and K.A. Holt stopping in over the lunch hour.  They've squeezed us in between their interview on NET Friday Live and the Golden Sower Ceremony where they're being honored for their amazing kids' books House Arrest and Fuzzy Mud.  These are books that Nebraska school kids voted as their FAVORITE!  Pick up a signed copy - what a wonderful gift.

Tonight is First Friday already!  Meet artist and author Julian Adair and enjoy the piano stylings of Anne Melang-Thoren.

We hope you'll also enjoy our bi-weekly Shelf Awareness for Readers that includes book reviews, author interviews and giveaways.

If you see a book you like, you can click on it and order directly from our website.  We offer free shipping and you'll find different formats like audio, E-books, CD's, vinyl and large print to choose from.  This is a great way to support your local, independent bookstore.

Too much e-mail?  Just click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of this newsletter.

Either way, we hope you’ll stop down at the shop to say hello, browse our in-store offerings and check out our upcoming events.
